Figaro Chain with Cross Pendant

A plain, polished cross with clean lines. The 19.7" chain places it just below the collarbone, so it shows with a crewneck or an open collar. The black version is the most discreet.

Slim Cross Pendant Necklace

A simple, geometric cross, 4.4 x 2.5 cm, with polished, beveled edges. In 22" it sits just below the collarbone; in 24" it falls to mid-chest, the traditional place for a cross.

Putting your own pendant on a Figaro chain

• Width: 3 or 4 mm for a small pendant, 5 or 6 mm for a medium one. The Figaro Link Chain Necklace comes in 3 to 6 mm.
• Length: 22" or 24", so the pendant rests on the chest rather than at the throat.
• Bail: check that the loop at the top of the pendant fits over the chain and the lobster clasp.

Wearing it

Inside the shirt for work or church, outside over a T-shirt the rest of the time. Wear it on its own: a cross on a Figaro is already a complete piece. Match the tone of a watch or ring if you wear one.

Care

Steel can stay on in the shower and the sea. Rinse with clean water after salt water or the pool. Perfume and chlorine wear gold-tone and black plating over time; put cologne on first.
