Men's silver-tone bangles and cuffs: sizing by inner diameter
A bangle is a rigid bracelet. Unlike a chain bracelet, it does not adjust with links or an extender, so the one measurement that matters is its inner diameter: the width of the opening across the inside. Get that right and a bangle sits well on the wrist; get it wrong and it either slides off or will not go on. This page explains how to size our two silver-tone bangles.
"Silver" here means the color: both pieces are steel. The Twisted Steel Hook Bangle is stainless steel, in bare polished steel or gold-tone plating. The Cable Cuff Bracelet is titanium steel (a stainless steel alloy, not pure titanium), in silver or two-tone plated finishes.

How to measure your wrist for a bangle
Measure the width of your wrist across, not around. Hold a ruler across the top of your wrist bone, or measure the inside of a bracelet that fits you well. Then compare with the inner diameter.
- The hook bangle's 55 mm opening suits a slim wrist. Measure yours before ordering: if your wrist is wider than about 55 mm across, it will be tight.
- The cuff's 74 mm opening is wider, and the open back lets you slip it on from the side. Bend it gently, once, to close the gap to your wrist; avoid bending it back and forth.
Wearing a silver-tone bangle
A bangle has a defined shape, so it works best as your only wrist piece, with a watch on the other wrist. With short sleeves it shows its structure; with a shirt cuff it sits just under the edge. The silver-tone pieces match a steel watch; the gold-tone and two-tone versions go better with a warmer watch. Both can stay on in the shower, at the gym, at the sea or in the pool. Rinse them in clean water after the sea or the pool and dry the twisted parts. Perfume and chlorine wear the plated finishes over time.
