A silver-tone tennis bracelet, worn next to a watch

Most men who look for a silver tennis bracelet already wear a steel watch, and the question is whether the two will work together. They do, when the widths are right. Our two tennis bracelets come in a polished, natural steel tone that matches a steel watch case. They are steel, not silver metal: one is titanium steel, the other stainless steel, and the stones are cubic zirconia.

For sizing in depth and the gold-tone versions, see the main men's tennis bracelets page.

Matching the bracelet to your watch

  • Dress watch or thin case: 3 mm. The line of stones stays a detail and does not compete with the dial.
  • Diver or sports watch: 4 or 5 mm. A thicker case can carry more sparkle next to it.
  • No watch on that wrist: 5 or 6 mm, worn alone.
  • Same wrist or opposite? Same wrist gives a stacked look; put the bracelet on the hand side of the watch so the case does not knock the stones. Opposite wrist keeps both clean.

Keep the metals in one tone: a silver-tone bracelet with a steel or white-dial watch, a gold-tone bracelet with a gold-tone case.

Getting the fit right

Measure your wrist with a soft tape, then add 0.5 to 1 inch. Next to a watch, stay closer to 0.5 inch so the bracelet does not slide under the strap. Worn alone, up to 1 inch lets it move.

Care for the stones and settings

Each stone sits in its own prong setting. Shower, sea and pool are fine; rinse with clean water afterward and dry with a soft cloth, which also clears soap film from behind the stones. Avoid knocking it against hard edges at the gym, since a prong can bend. On a gold-tone version, perfume and chlorine wear the plating over time.

Want a matching chain? Our silver-tone chains use the same polished steel.

FAQ

FAQ

Is a silver tennis bracelet made of silver?

Ours are not. They are polished titanium steel or stainless steel in a silver tone, set with cubic zirconia.

Which width suits a man's wrist?

4 mm is the safe middle. 3 mm next to a slim watch, 5 or 6 mm when it is worn alone.

Can I wear it every day?

Yes. Take it off for heavy lifting so the settings are not knocked.

What if the length is off?

Return or exchange within 30 days. Both bracelets carry a 1-year warranty against defects, and shipping is free over $60.
