Pricing All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required. Marco Maveri reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Order Confirmation Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Marco Maveri. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including payment failure, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Right of Withdrawal In accordance with French and EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. Legal Guarantee of Conformity All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under French law (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). If a product is defective or non-conforming, customers may request a repair, replacement, or refund within 1 years of delivery.

Limitation of Liability Marco Maveri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the order in question.

Governing Law These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lure, France.
