Black Cuban link chain: the classic curb link in a dark finish
A Cuban link chain is built from twisted, flattened links that lie flat and form one continuous band. Width: why black needs a little more
Black absorbs light, so a black chain looks slightly thinner than a polished one of the same width. If you would wear 4 mm in silver-tone, consider 6 mm in black. If you want the chain to be the first thing seen, take 8 mm.

- 18": high on the neck, for a slim neck or a close look.
- 20": on the collarbone. The most common length worn alone.
- 22": just below the collarbone, room for a pendant.
- 24": upper chest, for a larger pendant or a layered look.

Caring for a black plated chain
You can keep it on in the shower, at the gym, at the sea or in the pool. Rinse it in clean water after the sea or the pool and dry it. Perfume, chlorine and friction wear the black plating over time, starting on the edges of the links. Take it off for heavy work where it rubs against hard surfaces.
