Gold chain and bracelet sets for men: six gold-tone pairs
Every chain on this page has a bracelet in the same link and the same gold-tone finish, so the neck and the wrist match exactly. That is the whole point of this page: six pairs, laid out side by side with their real sizes, so you can build a set in two clicks. Which pair for which look
- Quiet and polished: the flat snake pair. It lies flat at the neck and on the wrist and works with a linen shirt.
- Classic gold-tone: the Gold-Tone Cuban Link Chain with the Gold-Tone Cuban Link Bracelet in the same width, 8 or 10 mm.
- One point of shine: the pave clasp pair. In gold-tone the links are plain and only the box clasp is set with cubic zirconia.
- Full shine: the cubic zirconia Cuban pair, with stones in every link. Wear it with nothing else.
- Texture: the Byzantine bracelet with its 22" necklace.
Sizing the set
For the necklace, 20" sits at the collarbone and 22" to 24" lies on the chest, where a wide link shows over a T-shirt. For the bracelet, measure your wrist and add about 0.5 to 1 inch. On the gold-tone Cuban, the 8 and 10 mm come in 8.25", which fits a wrist of about 7.5 inches; from 12 mm the bracelet is 8.75".
A matched set does not need identical widths. On the heavy curb, you can wear a 10 or 12 mm necklace with the 8 mm bracelet, which keeps the wrist lighter.
Care for a matched pair
Treat both pieces the same way and they will age the same way. Shower, sea and pool are fine; rinse both in fresh water afterwards and dry them. Keep perfume off the chain and hand cream off the bracelet, since both wear gold-tone plating over time.
