Cuban link chain and bracelet: the four matching pairs
Several of our Cuban chains have a bracelet cut from the same link, in the same finish. Worn together, they look planned rather than put together by chance. This page lists those exact pairs and how to size both pieces. The chain and the bracelet are sold separately, so you choose each size. On the pave clasp pair, the silver-tone version has stones in the links and the clasp; the gold-tone version has them on the clasp only. Pick the same version for both pieces.
Choosing the two widths
- Same width: the cleanest match. Works best from 6 to 10 mm.
- Bracelet one step narrower: for wide chains (12 mm and up), a slightly narrower bracelet keeps the wrist from looking heavier than the neck.
- Never wider at the wrist: a bracelet wider than the chain looks unbalanced.
Choosing the two lengths
For the chain, 20" sits at the collarbone and 22" to 24" falls on the chest. For the bracelet, measure your wrist and add about 1 inch. The fixed 8.25" bracelets fit a wrist of about 7.5".
Care for the pair
Treat both pieces the same way so they age together. Steel is fine in the shower and the sea; rinse with clean water after salt water or the pool. Keep perfume and chlorine away from gold-tone plating.

Are the chain and bracelet sold as one set?
No, each is sold separately so you can pick a different width or length for each.
Is a Cuban chain and bracelet a good gift?
Yes, and an easy one to get right: the chain in 20" fits most men. If you are unsure of the wrist size, you have 30 days to return it.
Should I wear the pair with a watch?
Wear the bracelet on the opposite wrist from the watch, so the two do not knock together.
