Shipping Policy

Marco Maveri ships free worldwide. We deliver to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, all European Union countries, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and more — with no minimum order required.

Free Shipping Worldwide

All orders ship with Free Tracked Shipping, regardless of order value. No minimum purchase, no hidden fees on the shipping line at checkout.

Optional Priority Insured Shipping

For added peace of mind, you can upgrade to Priority Insured Shipping at checkout for $3.99 (or local equivalent). This option includes loss protection: if your package is lost in transit, we will replace it or refund you in full.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from dispatch, depending on your destination and local postal service. Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs processing, weather, or local carrier conditions outside our control.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery, based on your country's regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price.

Inside the European Union, VAT is collected at checkout — no additional fees apply on arrival.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@marcomaveri.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@marcomaveri.com with your order number, photos of any damage, and a description of the issue. We will work with our carriers to provide a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible — we may be able to update the address before dispatch.
