Black and gold-tone chains for men: one chain, two finishes, or both together
"Black gold chain" can mean two things. Some men want a chain in black or in gold-tone and are deciding between the two. Others want to wear black and gold-tone together. Black or gold-tone: how to choose

- Black absorbs light. It gives a sharper, more graphic outline, and it looks discreet with dark clothes. In black, a chain reads slightly thinner than the same width in gold-tone.
If you wear a gold-tone watch, a gold-tone chain ties the look together. If your watch is black or you wear mostly dark colors, black is the easier match.
