Add 0.5 to 1 inch to your wrist size: the 7" (18 cm) fits wrists of about 6 to 6.5 inches, the 8" (20 cm) about 7 to 7.5 inches, and the 9" (23 cm) about 8 to 8.5 inches. The 4 and 5 mm are a subtle accent, 6 and 7 mm are clearly visible, and 8 and 9 mm make a statement.
