Which length for you
- Collarbone (50 cm): the cross shows above a crewneck and in an open collar. The Figaro Chain with Cross is the simplest choice here.
- Upper chest (55 to 60 cm): the cross lies flat over a T-shirt and stays visible with one button open. Try the Cross with Cable Inlay on 55 cm.
- Mid-chest and lower: for a cross worn as the centerpiece, or under a shirt where only you know it is there. The Slim Cross comes in 24", the Byzantine crucifix up to 31".

Daily wear
A cross is usually worn every day, so it should handle daily life. Showers, the gym, the sea and the pool are fine. Rinse it in fresh water after salt or chlorine and dry it. Perfume wears plating, so spray it before you put the cross on.

Each necklace is sold as a set and its chain is chosen to fit the cross. If you prefer another length, pick the cross that comes in several lengths, the Slim Cross or the Byzantine crucifix.
Is the chain gold?
The chain is gold-tone plated steel, like the cross. It is not made of gold.
What length chain is most common for a cross?
About 55 to 60 cm (22" to 24"), which places the cross on the upper chest.
