30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original Marco Maveri packaging. You will need your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at contact@marcomaveri.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions within 24 hours. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items not eligible for return: items purchased at a discount of 30% or more, items showing signs of wear or alteration, gift cards.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@marcomaveri.com with your order number and 3 to 4 clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement within 48 hours of confirmation. No return required.
1-YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
All Marco Maveri jewelry is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, including clasps or closures that fail under normal use, links that break under normal wear, and chains that snap without accidental damage.
To make a warranty claim, email contact@marcomaveri.com with your order number and 3 to 4 photos of the defect. We will review and ship a replacement within 48 hours of approval. No return of the original item is required. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, loss, theft, or normal wear over time.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your current order and place a new order separately.
EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Our 30-day policy already exceeds this legal requirement.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at contact@marcomaveri.com.
Sourcing, Manufacturing & Shipping Origin
Many of our products are manufactured by partner suppliers based in Asia (primarily China) and shipped from there. By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery times reflect international shipping. Our customer service team is fully based in France and handles all returns and refund requests.
Each piece is quality-checked by our partners before dispatch. We maintain direct relationships with our manufacturing partners to ensure consistent quality and ethical production standards. For any return, please contact our French customer service team — we will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions.

Marco Maveri is an Italian-inspired brand. While our designs draw inspiration from Italian aesthetics and craftsmanship traditions, our products are not manufactured in Italy nor shipped from Italy. As stated above, our pieces are produced by our partner suppliers based in Asia (primarily China) and shipped from there directly to you.
The "Italian-inspired" terminology used throughout our website refers to the design style, finishing approach, and aesthetic direction of our products — not their physical country of manufacture or dispatch.
