U hebt een strook papier (of een touwtje of veter), een pen en een liniaal nodig.
- Leg de strook om uw pols, net boven het polsbotje, nauw aansluitend maar niet strak.
- Zet met de pen een streepje waar het uiteinde overlapt.
- Leg de strook plat en meet van het uiteinde tot het streepje: dat is uw polsomtrek.
- Zoek uw polsomtrek op in de tabel hieronder en lees de armbandlengte af, nauw aansluitend of ruimer.
Hebt u al een armband die goed past? Leg hem plat met gesloten sluiting, meet hem van uiteinde tot uiteinde en bestel die lengte.
Geen liniaal? Een bankpas is 8,6 cm lang: tel hoe vaak hij langs uw strook past.

De juiste maat
A 6mm or 8mm width offers a subtle look, while 10mm and up provides a more prominent statement. A 20-inch chain rests at the collarbone on most men, with longer lengths sitting lower on the chest.
How to wear it
16" (41 cm) sits at the base of the neck, 18" (46 cm) close to it, 20" (51 cm) at the collarbone on most men, and 22" to 30" progressively lower on the chest. The 6 and 8 mm are subtle; 10 mm and up is prominent.
Wear it alone against a black T-shirt or a crewneck sweater, or under a shirt collar. For a layered look, pair a shorter, wider chain with a longer, thinner one, about 2 inches (5 cm) apart.

Closely set curb links are beveled on each edge, so they lie smoothly and show flat faces that reflect the light. The tight interlocking gives a substantial feel and a flexible drape. It is for the man who wants a classic curb chain with real weight.
